What We Measure: Our Key Impact Areas
We track our progress across three core areas of freedom, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
1. Freedom of Mind: The Internal Shift
- Indicator: Increase in financial confidence and self-efficacy.
- Measurement: Pre- and post-workshop surveys, qualitative interviews, and participant storytelling.
- Sample Result: 100% of participants in our 2025 Story Clinic pilot reported increased financial confidence, moving from a scarcity to an abundance mindset.
2. Freedom of Skills: The Capability Boost
- Indicator: Improvement in financial and digital literacy capabilities.
- Measurement: Skill assessments, tracking of new behaviors (e.g., budgeting, saving, investing).
- Sample Result: Participants demonstrate readiness to act, with commitments to track finances, set investment goals, and apply for funding.
3. Freedom of Money: The Economic Outcome
- Indicator: Increased access to and control over financial resources.
- Measurement: Tracking loan applications, business start-ups, growth in personal savings, and asset acquisition.
- Sample Result: Our programs prepare women for capital readiness, connecting them to financial institutions trained through our Gender-Intelligent Banking program.
